Our proven three-step design process begins with thoughtful floor plan development, where we create functional, lifestyle-focused layouts tailored to specific lot sizes, target buyers, and builder objectives. By incorporating flexible living spaces and thoughtfully integrated layout options, a single floor plan can appeal to multiple buyer segments, expanding market opportunities while reducing the need for entirely new designs.
Upon floor plan approval, we move into the second stage of the process: design development. During this phase, we create multiple front elevation styles that provide each home with a distinctive identity and lasting curb appeal. These elevation options allow builders to offer greater variety across communities while appealing to a broader range of homeowner preferences.
The final phase is the preparation of comprehensive construction documents. Our drawing packages are known for their clarity, organization, and attention to detail, providing builders with permit-ready plans that support municipal review and efficient construction.
